Four tiers, and what separates them
- The amounts are not on the site. Every other condition is, in full.
- Four tiers, differing only in size: monthly active profiles and the event allowance.
- Every feature is open on every tier. Nothing is locked behind a more expensive plan.
- We charge nothing for messages, because SMS goes out on your own account and your own line.
- Setup is a one-off fee. Migrating from your current platform is free.
- Going over an allowance does not interrupt the service; it appears on that month's invoice.
- The trial is fourteen days, with no prepayment and no card.
Pricing turns on one number: the monthly active profile, meaning someone identified at least once that month. A person who comes back thirty times is one profile, not thirty. Each tier carries a monthly figure, an allowance of active profiles and an allowance of events.
| Tier | Price a month | Monthly active profiles | Events a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | On request | Up to 10,000 | 5 million |
| Tier 2 | On request | Up to 50,000 | 25 million |
| Tier 3 | On request | Up to 100,000 | 50 million |
| Tier 4 | On request | Above 100,000 | By contract |
What is inside the monthly figure
Every feature is open on every tier. The journey canvas, the API, data export and single sign-on are not held behind a more expensive plan. What changes between tiers is size, not capability.
The reason is plain: a plan that quietly lacks a feature produces a support conversation nobody wins. Open on all four tiers, with no separate invoice line:
- The live profile, including merging an anonymous profile into a known one after sign-in
- The journey canvas, with behavioural and time-based conditions
- Every working channel: mobile push, web push, SMS, email, in-app, web widgets, and Bale, Eitaa and Rubika
- Impact analysis with a holdout group, the REST API, the MCP server, data export and single sign-on

Going over an allowance
Nothing stops. Events are not rejected and sending does not pause. The overage appears on that month's invoice, per thousand units above the allowance, and it is visible in the panel before the invoice arrives.
| Tier | Per 1,000 extra active profiles | Per 1,000 extra events | Message allowance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | On request | On request | None |
| Tier 2 | On request, lower than tier 1 | On request | None |
| Tier 3 | On request, lower than tier 2 | On request | None |
| Tier 4 | By contract | By contract | None |
The last column is zero on purpose. SMS leaves on your own account and through your own provider, so the invoice counts the messages and charges nothing for them.
The rate per thousand extra active profiles falls as the tier rises, and that is deliberate. It produces a rule we will show you against your own numbers: past a certain point, the next tier costs less than your current tier plus its overage, and the allowance multiplies as well. Overage is not designed as a penalty. It is the signal that it is time to move up.
- The tier's fixed figure for that month.
- The highest number of active profiles reached during the month, not the sum of the days.
- The events in that month.
- Anything above an allowance, at that tier's rate.
- VAT at the prevailing rate, on the total.
One-off costs
- Setup: a one-off fee, not monthly. We give the amount in the meeting.
- Migration from your current platform: free
Setup means installing the web SDK or connecting REST from your own servers, defining your events, connecting the channels, training the team and building the first journey.
Migration is free and still gets its own invoice line at zero, so it is visible what you were given at no charge.
The trial
Fourteen days, every feature open, no prepayment and no card. Its ceilings are in the table below.
| Trial | Paid tiers | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Free | Monthly, by tier |
| Length | 14 days | The Jalali month |
| Hard ceiling | 500,000 events and 5,000 messages | None; overage is invoiced |
| Card | Not required | Contract and invoice |
The trial is the only place with a hard ceiling. Paid tiers have none, because stopping a customer who owes money turns a collectable debt into an outage.

What the price does not include
- The cost of the SMS itself: it goes out on your account and your provider invoices you
- VAT: added to everything above at the prevailing rate
- WhatsApp conversation fees: paid through your own Business account; Segmentic does not add a per-message fee
- Voice and IVR provider fees: billed separately if you connect that service through a webhook
- The Android SDK is included; iOS connects through the stable REST path at no extra charge
Every Segmentic feature is included in the tier. The only separate costs are the delivery providers you choose, so your software bill stays clear and predictable.
How you get a price
In a short meeting, against your own usage. Bring two numbers: your active profiles last month and your events in the same month. Those two say which tier is your size, and you get the figure for that tier rather than a price list to locate yourself in.
The figure is in toman and fixed, so it does not move with the exchange rate, and if the tariff changes later the number in your signed contract does not. The billing period is the Jalali month.
Worth reading before you decide:
- Android push without Google Play ServicesThe constraint most vendors have never had to solve.
- The technical documentationThirty pages in English: the API, the event model and the SDKs.
Questions you may have about this
What counts as a monthly active profile
Someone identified at least once in that month. A person who returns thirty times in a month is one active profile, not thirty. The count is the highest number reached during the month, not the sum of the days.
What happens if I pass the allowance mid-month
Nothing stops. Events are not rejected and sending does not pause. The overage appears on that month's invoice and is visible in the panel before the invoice, so it is not a surprise. The rate is written into the contract, and the higher the tier the lower the rate per thousand extra active profiles.
What do messages cost
We charge nothing for them. SMS goes out with your own key, through your own provider, so that provider invoices you. This is why the message allowance is zero on the paid tiers rather than a number.
Is the price fixed in toman or in dollars
In toman, and fixed. The contract figure is the same, and it does not move with the exchange rate.
Can I change tier mid-period
Yes. Moving up takes effect the same month and is prorated over the remaining days. Moving down applies from the next period.
Why are the amounts not on the site
Because a number without knowing your usage misleads. The allowance for each tier is on this page so you can see which tier is your size, and you get that tier's figure in a short meeting. Everything other than the amount itself, the meter, the allowances, what is included and what is not, is written here in full.
